She is an alumna of the North East Intellectual Entrepreneurial Fellowship (NEIEF), where she actively campaigned against Violent Extremism in the North East, Gender Support and Inclusion, using the social media. Minta co-authored an anthology “Ordinary Saviour” (Stories from Nigeria’s Northeast) and also was the book club facilitator of the North East Youth Leadership and Community Development Fellowship (NEYLCD). After helping her team win Unleash hacks Nigeria 2022, Sedoo has devoted her time to helping young people acquire the skills needed to succeed in the workplace. A graduate of microbiology from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Sedoo is an entrepreneur and has co-founded two start-ups, all targeted at helping young people succeed. She is a certified sustainability leader and an advocate for the sustainable development goals (SDGs), with a focus on quality education for all, as well as equal opportunities regardless of gender. She is the Author of an ebook titled "Letter to My Past"- a collection of people's letters written to their past. Temiloluwa is a prolific writer and researcher whose works have been published nationally and internationally. In the field of Journalism, she won 3 awards in a row in 2019. In 2020, she won an essay competition organized by African Students for Liberty, where she is now a Local Coordinator. As part of her passion for personal development and Community development, she has continued to volunteer for organizations like Hacey Health Initiative, Vincent Jason's Foundation, African Students for Liberty, Independent Continental Youth Advisory Council of African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement, Volunteers Hub Africa, amongst others.

He is the Executive Director, Plateau Youth and Community Development Volunteers (PLAYCODEV), a non-governmental organization (NGO) situated in Jos the Plateau State Capital, the NGO encourages the culture of volunteerism among the youth. He has held different roles advisory and executive in different youth and student organizations and has contributed immensely to youth and community development in several states around the country. He was one-time Presidential Aspirant of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS). He is interested in politics and governance; he has participated in many programs and training for capacity building in politics and governance and has facilitated many programs for youth development. Nanven is a member of the chartered institute of Transport and Logistics and a member of the International Academy for Disaster and Safety Professionals. While at the university, he was the team leader of the reputable international student non-profit organization-Enactus- an organization that solves social problems through a business approach. The team under his leadership has executed projects that directly affected the youth; women and children in Zaria and IDP Camp at New Kuchingoro, Abuja. As an indication of his true passion for effective leadership and education for all, he was selected for the Teach For Nigeria Fellowship where he taught in a low-income community primary school in Kaduna and improved the pupils’ academic and non-academic outcomes. In the same vein, he has trained and mentored over 1,000 teachers across Yobe, Gombe, Maiduguri, Ogun, and Ekiti states. In his struggle to ensure quality education for all with special attention to girl-child education, he co-founded the Initiative for Promoting Education for Girls (IPEG) with the aim to enrol the girl-child, retain and ensure completion of at least the basic education. He has always advocated for proper and effective formulation and implementation of policies to address the lingering educational problems and more in the country.

In 2008, the Federal Scholarship Board (FSB) through the Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) awarded him scholarship to study in Russia for seven years after he sat for an exam and emerged the overall best in Yobe State. Engr. Joji holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies and speaks impeccable Russian Language. Engr.
